No RVC Data

The RVC port the VMS350 is set for may be for different pins than how your harness is wired. To change the RVC port setting, go to the Configuration page, set the Settings Lock code, go to Installer Options, and scroll down to "RVC Port". Set to 0 for pins 5 & 6, or to 1 for pins 11 & 12. Select your port configuration and select the reboot button on the second to last page.

I have a different number of cameras than the VMS350 is setup for

To configure the VMS350 for the right number of cameras, go to the Configuration page, set the Settings Lock code, go to Installer Options, and scroll to the last couple pages for options to prep for 1, 3, or 4 cameras, select the number of cameras you have, and reboot.

My keypad buttons aren't working / I can't access all the pages

To configure the VMS350 for the right keypad, go to the Configuration page, set the Settings Lock code, go to Installer Options, and the first option on the first page should be set for your keypad, either a 3 button or 6 button keypad. Select your keypad configuration and select the reboot button on the second to last page.
